This beautiful little hand forfed knife is made from some stainless Damascus steel press welded over a 1095 steel core.
The shape is a modified tanto and would be perfect for fruit and veg in the kitchen.
The handle is elm burl capped with some beautiful cellulose acetate, the same kind of stuff fancy fountain pens are made from.
Two subtle bronze pins go all the way through the handle and hidden tang.
